Service Agreement: All painting services will be provided after proper consultation, agreement on the scope of work, and written confirmation from both parties.
Payment Terms: A percentage of the total project cost must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.
Timeframes: Project timelines may vary based on weather, material availability, and scope of work. We strive to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any advance paid may be partially or fully non-refundable based on the work already done.
Liability: While utmost care is taken, Decor Painting Service is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to walls or fixtures.
Use of Materials: All materials used will be discussed beforehand. Substitution will occur only with client approval
